Where we ship
Kova currently ships to Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands. We are working to expand to additional European markets — sign up to our email list to be notified.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Kova is not liable for delays once orders have been dispatched.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at hola@kovastore.es and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Customs and duties
All Kova orders to Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands ship within the European Union. No customs duties or import fees apply to orders within the EU.
